Osmanthus Pear Soup
Recipe

HOT:

  • Pear jam   140g

  • Osmanthus sauce   5g

  • Osmanthus oolong tea   100g

  • Hot water   250g

  • Rock sugar flavor syrup   5g



COLD:

  • Pear jam   140g

  • Osmanthus sauce   5g

  • Osmanthus oolong tea   100g

  • Rock sugar flavor syrup   5g

  • Ice water   120g

  • Ice cubes   150g

Steps

HOT:

Add pear jam, osmanthus sauce, osmanthus oolong tea, syrup and hot water into a pot.



COLD:

Tea : 90°C Hot Water : Ice Cubes = 1 : 30 : 15, stew for 10 minutes.

Add pear jam, osmanthus sauce, osmanthus oolong tea, syrup and ice water, ice cubes into the shaker cup, stir well with a bar spoon to mix thoroughly before serving.
